- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to pay a ticket over 2 years ago and drove all the way from austin...tiny little trailer with a sign "PCT 4 BLANCO COUNTY" also on the door a sign reading, "OUT SICK". I have not been in the best place for paying all my tickets back and 2 years later here I am paying off all my tickets the same day. I paid 3/14 for my ticket in blanco and waited a week to see if my tickets cleared every other ticket from responsible counties cleared the next day! However blanco county pct 4 failed to clear my ticket in over 10 days. I finally called and the lady said she needed to "post it". It took the money from my account the same day I paid so you can see why I was upset. I called the next day and PATTY was extremely rude. She said she had been out sick and apologized for that in the most insincere way. She followed up by saying this ticket is over 2 years old so take into consideration the time you made us wait to pay it. AGAIN, she does not know my personal finances and to say that was so extremely rude. Also, her being sick all the time is not my problem. This office needs new staff who arent out sick all the time and enjoy their job a little more and get clerical duties done. I asked her one last question which was when willl it post? She refused to answer me and said IM HANGING UP NOW. THANKS PATTY THANKS A LOT!By lorena menendez, December 07, 2016
